Materials List for the Workshop

  • A1 or A2 Cartridge Paper – 8–10 sheets for drawing exercises
  • Hot Pressed Watercolour Paper – 1 or 2 sheets, 300gsm or heavier (56cm x 76cm). One of these full sheets can be cut into quarters, or bring 4 sheets of A4 or A3, 300gsm watercolour paper. More paper is welcome if you'd prefer to work with quality paper.
  • Black Art Liner Pen – Or a similar pen
  • Pencils – 2B, 4B, or 6B, with a sharpening knife
  • Assorted Pencils/Pens/Coloured Pencils – 4–6 of your choice (whatever you have at home)
  • Charcoal – Compressed and willow charcoal (a few sticks)
